Is it waterproof?
The Action Box Cine is water resistant, but not waterproof. Not reccomended to go swimming with. A corrosion resistant bearing upgrade is in the works, to make the ABC fully waterproof.
How many filters can I use?
1 pre installed CPL + 2 magnetic filters. To use wide angle lenses it's recommended to not use the CPL and only one magnetic filter.
When the sun shade is closed, you can leave a single magnetic filter installed.

Motion Blur = Cinematic
There’s a reason the film industry relies on ND filters: they create a natural look by enabling motion blur. This technique helps achieve a cinematic quality in video, making your footage feel smooth and engaging.
How do ND's work?
ND (Neutral Density) filters reduce the amount of light entering the lens, helping to prevent overexposure in bright conditions. They enable a slower shutter speed for natural motion blur, allow for wider apertures to enhance depth of field, and maintain color accuracy.
Circular Polariser
The Action Box Cine features an easy-to-use external adjustment wheel for a pre-installed CPL (Circular Polarizer), perfect for reducing harsh glare on reflective surfaces like water or glass. Capture stunning contrast in every shot, transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Just keep in mind, it’s not ideal for low light conditions or wide-angle lens settings.
External Mounting
Mounted externally, the Action Box Cine lets you effortlessly attach all your favorite grips and mounts, eliminating the hassle of disassembling your rig just to change a battery or SD card.
